Website Refresh - From $3000 +GST
Need to improve your website without starting from scratch?
If your website no longer reflects your business or isn't performing as well as it should, a Website Refresh will improve your content, customer journey and overall website performance without the need for a complete rebuild.
We'll audit your website, develop a new sitemap, plan the customer journey, refresh your website content and provide recommendations to improve your SEO, design and imagery. If your website is built on Debut or Squarespace, we can also implement the changes for you. For other website platforms, we'll provide everything you or your web developer need to make the updates.

Yes. We can work with your existing brand assets and help you expand or refresh your visual identity, from updated templates and branded collateral to additional design support that keeps things consistent.
That depends on the structure, functionality and whether the site reflects your brand. A Website Audit (from $600 + GST) reviews your existing site and recommends improvements to layout, content, design, SEO and functionality. A Website Refresh (from $3,000 + GST) improves content, customer journey and performance without a complete rebuild.
We build on two. Our own platform is fast and lightweight, and we take care of the technical side for you, from Debut starter sites at $995 + GST through to larger custom builds. Squarespace is flexible and user friendly, with eCommerce built in, and gives you full control to manage your own content after handover. Neither is the default. If you have a preference we'll build on it; if you're not sure, we'll recommend the best fit for your business.
Timeframes depend on the scope of the project and how quickly you can provide input and feedback. On average, basic websites take 3 to 4 weeks, optimised sites 5 to 6 weeks and premium builds 6 to 8 weeks. We confirm timelines before we begin.
For the Basic package, yes; we guide you and proof your content. For Optimised and Premium sites we help create or refine content for you, including SEO friendly copywriting and visual direction.
Yes, if you want to. On Squarespace, handover includes showing you how to manage and update your site yourself. On our own platform, you can edit your content through a simple admin page and we look after the technical side. And if you'd rather not touch it at all, we can handle all your ongoing updates for you. Either way, we offer ongoing support through Website Audits, Refreshes or a design subscription.
