Brief

Donna came to us as she had recognised a gap in the Corporate Project Management industry and wanted to create a new company to fill that gap. t. She knew her offer would be in high demand, if she took a strategic approach. Donna said to us: “Please help me take my dream, unpack it and help me turn it into a way of creating a viable service which the market needs and wants”. A full marketing strategy was exactly what was needed!

Delivery

The background we had was Donna’s thoughts and dreams, a newly established brand (which we created too, but that’s a different case study!), market awareness and a proven product which we had to turn into a marketing strategy.

This strategy required a ton of research! There were lots of competitors, so we had to really unpack their offers to then properly define how Donnas model was unique. We needed to identity who the various target markets were and what specifically they wanted in this space. Delving deep getting into the minds of these markets and creating multiple personas, allowed us to then create engaging messaging and set a marketing direction for the future.


Outcome

The outcome was a very comprehensive marketing strategy, which locked in all the necessary strategic marketing elements. Donna was thrilled and said after thinking about her business idea for so long, it cemented her thinking and gave her what she needed to confidently move forward!
