Corporate headshot terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made for C i Marketing Headshot Days. By completing your booking you agree to the following.
The Terms & Conditions below shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and shall be construed in all respects as a New Zealand contract.
Terms & Conditions
The service:
Each booking covers one individual portrait headshot session or a group of multiple individuals at the C i Marketing studio, 4/15 Sir Gil Simpson Drive, Burnside, Christchurch on the booked date.
Your session includes:
A professional studio shoot of approximately 5 minutes
3 edited final images per person, 2 portrait and 1 landscape orientation
Images delivered on a clean white background
A transparent background version of each final image, suitable for use on websites, email signatures, proposals and presentations
Delivery within 2 business days of your session date
Individual sessions:
Headshot Day sessions are for individual portrait headshots only. Full body shots and group photographs are not included.
Each booking is for one person wearing one outfit. If you would like photographs in a second outfit, or for an additional person, a separate booking must be made.
Group and team bookings:
If you are booking for three or more people who wish to attend together, please do not use the individual online booking link. Contact us directly at connect@cimarketing.co.nz and we will arrange a block booking for your team with back to back session times for each individual person. Please note this session is not suitable to group photos (more than one person in the photo)
On the day
Please arrive 5 minutes before your allocated session time. This allows us to get you settled and ensures your full session time is available to you.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and C i Marketing reserves the right to reschedule a late arrival to another available time slot later in the day, or to cancel the booking entirely if no suitable time is available.
In the event of a cancellation due to late arrival, the session fee will not be refunded but may be held as a credit toward a future Headshot Day or studio session.
The studio address is 4/15 Sir Gil Simpson Drive, Burnside, Christchurch. Parking is available directly outside. There are two car parks labelled ‘CIRRUS’ which are available for your use or there may be parking available on the street. Please do not park in any other businesses allocated car parks.
If you have any accessibility requirements please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Pricing & payment:
Sessions are priced at $100 plus GST per person. ($115 including GST)
Payment is required to confirm your booking. Payment can be made by credit card at the time of online booking via our secure payment system.
If you prefer to pay by bank deposit, please contact us at connect@cimarketing.co.nz before booking and we will send you our account details. Please note that your slot is not confirmed until payment has been received, and slots held pending bank deposit are available for 24 hours only.
Headshot Day pricing applies to the scheduled dates only. Studio sessions booked outside of Headshot Days are priced from $250 plus GST.Group bookings also available.
Cancellation and rescheduling:
Cancellations made 3 or more business days before your session date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 3 business days of your session date will not be refunded, but the full amount paid may be held as a credit and applied toward a future Headshot Day or private studio session. No-shows on the day will be charged in full and are not eligible for credit.
C i Marketing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a Headshot Day in exceptional circumstances. In this event, all affected clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Edited images will be delivered digitally within 2 business days of your session.
Images are delivered via a private download link sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly.
Images are delivered as high resolution JPG files and transparent background PNG files. Raw files are not included and are not available upon request. Please ensure you download your images promptly as C i Marketing may not always retain client images on file after delivery. We recommend saving your images to a secure location in both high and email resolution as we are unable to resend them after the download link expires.
All images include standard professional editing, including colour correction, exposure adjustment, skin smoothing and minor blemish removal. Our editing is designed to present you at your natural best.
Significant retouching, body reshaping or heavy airbrushing is not included and falls outside the scope of this service. If you have specific editing requests beyond standard finishing please discuss these with us prior to your session and we will advise whether they can be accommodated and at what additional cost.
Requests for additional retouching beyond standard editing will be quoted separately if required. C i Marketing reserves the right to use headshot images in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless you advise us otherwise in writing prior to your session.

C i Marketing takes care in delivering a professional service. In the unlikely event that images are lost or unusable due to technical failure on our part, our liability is limited to a complimentary reshoot at the next available Headshot Day or a full refund of the session fee. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the service.
