You do not need a fully developed brand to get started. You need a business name, a general sense of colours and feel, and your written content. We guide you through colours and font style in the intake form. If you have a logo we use it. If you do not, we create a clean typographic version of your business name that works until you are ready to develop your brand further. When you are, we are here for that too.

Yes. Every Debut site includes three pages as standard, which is often all a small business needs. Additional pages are available for a one-time setup fee of $100 + GST per page. Once built, they are covered by your existing plan at no extra ongoing cost. You can request additional pages at any time.

Yes. Debut is designed as your starting point. At your 12-month check-in we will review your site's performance and talk through whether upgrading to a C i Marketing Basic or Optimised package makes sense for where your business is heading.

Month-to-month clients can cancel anytime. Your site stays live until the end of your current billing period. Annual plan clients have paid upfront for 12 months — the plan simply does not renew at the end of that period. Either way, your domain is yours and we will help you point it elsewhere. If payment lapses on a month-to-month plan, your site is suspended after eight days following two reminders. Reinstatement requires payment of any outstanding balance plus an $85 + GST reinstatement fee.
