The 3 ways we deliver our marketing services

We believe in keeping things simple and transparent and just like your marketing, not overcomplicating the approach. Our process is easy and makes sure you feel heard, understood and included every step of the way! Here are the three ways we deliver the services we offer:

Bundles

These marketing options should be viewed as a jumping off point, for idea generation to get the cogs turning and to get the conversation started. Our service bundles include all the standard activities we know need to be involved for success… but the specifics will be different, bespoke and created to meet your needs and objectives.

Ongoing subscriptions

For when you need ongoing support to meet your everyday marketing needs. We see these marketing service subscriptions as being like an extension of your team… your marketing activities are locked in at our end, you can feel confident that you know they will all be completed to the highest standard. Plus the more you commit to the more you save, win win!

Coaching

When you need some marketing up-skilling, our in-person marketing coaching will help you smash your marketing goals! Select from the range of workshops we frequently run, or tell us about the specific skills you require and we can create a workshop to suit you! If you sign up for three or more, we will also reward you with a discount.

How to
prepare for us

Interested in working with us but unsure what to expect?

We get it, reaching out to someone new for help with your business isn’t easy. If you are like us, like to be prepared, and are possibly an
over-thinker, read below so you know what to expect and feel more relaxed to chat with us about the stuff that matters!
But what you should definitely expect are great conversations, insightful discoveries, tons of laughter and plenty of coffee.

  • Who are your audience?

    What problem does your service solve for your customer? What do they need from you?

    Who are your main competitors? How are you different or better?

    Do you have a tagline? Do you have set key messages ?

    What is your marketing budget? This is super important to consider to make sure our conversation and quote matches your expectations.

    What marketing are you currently doing? For example: FB, Insta, Linkedin, Magazine Ads, News, Radio, Flyers, Newsletters, Billboards?

    Do you have set marketing goals?

    Do you have a website you are happy with? Yes - why? No - why?

    Do you have a brand / marketing / content strategy or plan? Yes - what’s working and what’s not?

    What imagery do you have to promote your service? Photos, videos? Are they taken by you or by a professional?

  • Some of the below will be relevant to your needs and some won’t. As you read, it will probably become clear, but if not just sing out!

  • We will ask you some out of the ordinary questions - why? because they actually help us to understand you and your brand personality better. Trust us, this works:

    If your company was an animal, what would it be? Think about it….are you a gazelle, graceful and sleek? Are you a lion, a force to be reckoned with? Are you a peacock, always admired, but a little timid?

    Do you drink coffee? Yes - what does your fav say about you?…we can tell you!

    Are there any brands you love, like really loooove? Now, we aren’t talking about your fav brands to wear, buy. We want to know what really ticks your boxes. What stands out as cool and effective.. and why?

    Have you seen any marketing communications such as billboards, social ads, etc. that you thought were really cool and effective? Why did they make you pay attention or stick in your mind?
